A: Twickets is a fan-to-fan ticket resale platform where the price of tickets is never more than the original face value. We have teamed up with Ed Sheeran to allow ticket holders who can no longer attend a gig to sell them on to other fans at no more than the price they originally paid.
A: To maximise your chances of getting tickets, we’d suggest that you register with us in advance so that you are ready when tickets start to become available.
A: To use our service, as a seller or a buyer, you will need to have a UK mobile phone number and delivery address. This helps to ensure the prompt delivery of tickets by sellers to buyers.
A: If you are looking to sell tickets, you must have a valid PayPal account to receive funds for the sale of your tickets and standard PayPal charges apply. As a buyer, you can pay by all major debit or credit cards using PayPal.
A: We’re expecting a large amount of tickets to be listed for this tour so we will be disabling regular alert notifications so that we’re not sending you too many emails. However, we do still tweet out each new listing so it’s worth regularly checking Twitter as an alternative to the alerts. Our Twitter account is @Twickets.
A: Please refer to the venue’s website for any information on age restrictions.
A: For this tour, sellers are permitted to list tickets that they do not have in their possession yet. They are required to deliver the tickets to their buyer as soon as they have received them from the original ticket retailer. E-tickets will be forwarded to you via email once your seller has received them.
A: Choosing next day delivery does not mean that you will receive the tickets the day after you have purchased them. It does, however, guarantee that the seller posts the tickets with Royal Mail’s next day delivery method once they have received the tickets from the original ticket retailer.
A: You will receive the tickets from the seller closer to the event date.
A: You cannot cancel a transaction once you have committed to purchasing any tickets listed via Twickets. However, once you have received the tickets from the seller, you can re-list them for sale.
A: There is a limit of four tickets per person.
